Negative values move subtitles earlier; positive values move them later. Up to three decimals.

Rules and limits

Supports UTF-8 SRT and WebVTT up to 5 MiB and 10,000 cues. Negative times and cues ending before they start are rejected. It does not play videos, download media, or translate subtitles.
