Usage and limits
Accepts one non-animated PNG, JPEG or WebP: up to 16 MiB, 24 MP and 8,192px per edge. Output is limited to 16 MP, keeps aspect ratio and never enlarges the original. Transparent areas become the selected background in JPEG. PNG ignores quality settings. JPEG/WebP quality depends on the browser encoder; output can be larger and no target KB is guaranteed. Unsupported output formats fail instead of silently falling back. This is not a metadata-preservation tool. Files are not uploaded.
